Stuffed tomatoes with beef

here is a simple and delicious French cuisine that we like very much ...
300 g minced beef
oregano, thyme, parsley, basil leaf
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 buffalo mozzarella
a few grams of cheese what you like, cheddar, emmental, gouda,...
1 glass white wine
Preheat oven at 200\'C.
Cut the tomatoes and empty core.
Mix minced beef with sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme and bread crumbs. Heat a pan with olive oil and fried a few minutes minced beef. Let to rest minced beef, then grated your favorite cheese: cheddar, emmental, gouda...
Stuffed tomatoes with minced mix, cover with mozzarella, parmesan cheese and bake on oven about 10-15 minutes.
Heat a pan with olive oil, garlic until is soft then add a glass of white wine. Let alcohol to evaporated then add basil and tomatoes core. Stir a little beat then use a food processor for a nice and soft sauce.
Served stuffed tomatoes with sauce, a few parsley leaf and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.
