Grate the carrots, cut the tomato in slices, cut the apples in cubes and squeeze some lemon on it, cut the cucumber in slices too and put all the ingredients in a large bowl, first the lettuce and then the cucumber, tomatoes and the grated carrot. On the top add the cubed apples.
Add the turmeric, 1 lemon juice and the salt with the olive oil in a small bowl, mix and add the yogurt. Mix well and serve with the salad.
I might be a good idea to let it cool for about 20 min in the fridge and then serve with some pasta like I did.
