Very simple way to get amazing appetizer!
1 kg fresh trout (salmon) filet
Coarse sea salt 3 TBL.SP
1 bunch Fresh dill
Sugar 2 TBL.SP
Ĺ Cup dried cowberries (foxberries) ore cranberries
Fish wrap in a paper, you can in two layers and hide in the fridge. After 48 hours, you can begin to eat light salted trout. For lovers of more salted red fish Ė start after 3 Ĺ days.
