Easy and quick to do. It was a quick dinner after work!
500g lean minced lamb
1.5 tbs Encona sweet chilli sauce or any sweet chilli sauce of your choice
1 tbs runny honey
grated zest of 1 large lime
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic granules
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and squish together really well with your hands.
Keep kneading the meat until it sticks together well.
Form into patties, then grill on a rack.
Salivate at smell emanating from grill.
