In a blender, mix the cranberry jelly and tomato sauce. In a large pot on low heat, pour the mixed pasta-cranberry sauce and add the cinnamon, water and ground pepper while mixing the ingredients together for about 2 minutes.
Place meatballs in pot so that there's a small gap between them and cover the pot. Bring to boil and reduce to a minimum and cook for 50 minutes on low heat.
Serve on white Rice.
