500 gr Lean Ground Beef
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
3 tablespoons Ketchup
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 Cans of plain Pasta Sauce
1 can of Jellied Cranberry Sauce (about 350ml)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Create meatballs the size of a golf ball and set aside.
In a blender, mix the cranberry jelly and tomato sauce. In a large pot on low heat, pour the mixed pasta-cranberry sauce and add the cinnamon, water and ground pepper while mixing the ingredients together for about 2 minutes.
Place meatballs in pot so that thereís a small gap between them and cover the pot. Bring to boil and reduce to a minimum and cook for 50 minutes on low heat.
Serve on white Rice.
