  • 200 g tagliatele
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • herbs (thyme, oregano and basil) finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli
  • salt and pepper
  • extravirgin oliva oil
Boiled tagliatele, al dente.
Heat a pan with oliva oil, add garlic, chili and fry a few second then add zucchini finely sliced. Keep cooking for a few minutes then add tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped. Season with herbs: thyme, oregano and basil, finely chopped.
Cook in high heat and add pasta. If is necessary add hot water from pasta's boiked.
Serve with parmesan cheese and sprinkle extravirgin oliva oil.

this is a quick dish, healt and tasty...my familly love a flavoury from zucchini...

Method


Boiled tagliatele, al dente.
