Tagliatelle with mushrooms, bacon and tuna fish

I love that combinations of mushrooms, bacon and tuna fish...
200 g home made pasta tagliatelle
half onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
a few sliced of bacon
one handfull of mushrooms
one preserved tuna fish
a good amount of prasley leaf
extravirgin oliva oil
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta al dente.
Heat the pan with litlle oil and butter, then add the onion and cloves garlic finely chopped. Add the bacon, cook for 2 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Continuous to cook a few minutes, add the tuna fish and pasta. If is need add little water from the pasta\'s boiled. Don\'t forget to add the parmesan cheese and then sprinkle a good amount of prasley leaf.
