Tagliatelle with tomatoes sauce and cream

is one of the simplest pasta recipes that are quick and very tasty ... and for an extra flavor I recommend you make pasta ...
400g home made tagliatelle
4 medium tomatoes
1 chili finely chopped
a few black olive, finely sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
2 tbsp of cream
a few basil leaf, finely chopped
salt and pepper
extravirgin olive oil
Put the cooked pasta in a pot with salted water, al dente
Heats a pan with olive oil, garlic and pepper. Be watching not to burn them and add the red heart - uses the ripe tomatoes. Remove pits from black olives, cut them and add into pan. Time to add pasta. Mixed and then add the tomato shells cut cubes.
Mix sour cream with grated Parmesan and add it to pan over other ingredients.
Season with S & P and chopped basil leaves.
Remember when you serve them with sprinkles and extra virgin olive oil.
