Use a Chinese wok put a tablespoon of olive oil in wok n sauteed al the blended ingredients including the lemongrass nkaffir leaves until slightly fragant , wash the chicken n add the chicken into the curry paste in the wok n make sure the chicken is properly coated wit al the spices n after it is well coated add 3 cups of water n bring the chicken in slow heat to simmer now add salt n pepper to taste n a pinch of sugar , this receipe must have a slightly thick gravy wen it's properly cook. Serve in a long dish n u can either eat tis chicken dish wit rice or bread. Have fun trying tis dish
