Thai chicken wit candlenuts curry

1whole chicken clean n cut into 16 pieces
100 gms candlenuts, 5 to 6 tablespoons of cillie paste depending on how spicy u wan it to be, 3 sticks of lemon grass,
10 pcs of fresh kaffir leaves, 1 thumb size fresh Ginger, 6 pips of garlic n 10 medium size shallots, salt, sugar n pepper n water , olive oil for cooking
Season the chicken pcs wit a little salt n sugar n leave it aside while we prepare the ingredients. Shallots, garlic, Ginger, candlenuts blend or grind them to a paste n mix al the ingredients wit the cillie paste , cut the lemon grass into 1\" size n shred the kaffir leaves lightly .
Use a Chinese wok put a tablespoon of olive oil in wok n sauteed al the blended ingredients including the lemongrass nkaffir leaves until slightly fragant , wash the chicken n add the chicken into the curry paste in the wok n make sure the chicken is properly coated wit al the spices n after it is well coated add 3 cups of water n bring the chicken in slow heat to simmer now add salt n pepper to taste n a pinch of sugar , this receipe must have a slightly thick gravy wen it\'s properly cook. Serve in a long dish n u can either eat tis chicken dish wit rice or bread. Have fun trying tis dish
