paxo stuffing ( Half Pack)
whole onion ( Choped fine)
Garlic cloves x2
Packet of spicich
tin of peas
salt and pepper
250g of lamb mince
250g of beef mince
Italian mixed herbs
Get a large mixing bowl , add the paxo into bowl and cover with hot water and mix well .
Put the oven on to preheat at Gas mark six or 170f
Cook/fry the spinich and then drain all the water away
Fry the onions and garlic intill slighty golden.
Now get the large mixing bowl and add the following to the stuffing
Add the two portions of meat
Add four tea spoon of Canberry sauce
Add the spinich
Add the garlic and onions
Add the peas ( without the water from the tin)
Add two large heaps of English mustad
Add salt and pepper
Add a good sprinkle amount of italian mixed herbs
Add some olvie oil , just drizzle over the top to help mix.
Now wash your hands and give it a good mix and squeeze intill its all nicely combined together and then put to the side to marinate for a few minutes.
Now get the whole mixture and make it in to a log shape / a loaf of bread.
spinkle some black pepper seeds across the top .
Now place it and wrap it in silver foil and place it in the oven on a tray .
Best to let it cook for just an hour, and towards the end of the hour take out of foil and place it on a tray in the oven to let it cook through and take it out when it looks
nice and brown .
when cooked place on a board and slice it up nicely and serve with what ever you fancy , it goes great with a bit of mash and gravy.
