Tiramisu with amaretto

Tiramisu is a simple, easy way to do and very aromatic...
200 g double cream
250 g mascarpone
50 ml amaretto liqueur
50 ml cognac
1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
50 g icing sugar
8 sponge fingers
100 ml coffee
good-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids) to grate as garnish
Mix mascarpone in a bowl with vanilla seeds, liqueur Amaretto and cognac.
In a separate bowl, whisk the cream with icing sugar until you reach the soft peak stage.
Mix mascarpone and cream together then let to cool for about 1 hour.
Use an martini glasses for serve. Break the sponge fingers in two and briefly dip them in coffee. Put them on bottom of glasses. Over with mascarpone mixture.
Grated with chocolate and strawberry.
