Tomate and mascarpone sauce for pasta

-1 can of organic crushed tomatoes
-few garlic cloves
-three big tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
-salt & pepper
Fry the chopped onion and then add the chopped garlic. Add the crushed tomatoes and basil. Let simmer, and then add salt and pepper. In the add the mascarpone. Cook pasta and add directly to the sauce.
This is an recipe I came up with when I had some leftover mascarpone and needed to make food quickly. It's really nice and creamy.
