I am learning how to combine fruits and vegetables to make healthy and detox juices, this is one of them good for skin disorders, hope you like it. Take it early in the morning.
Ingredients
175 g red pepper
175 g tomatoes
100 g white cabbage
1 tbs chopped parsley
Method
Juice the pepper, tomatoes and cabbage.
Pour into a tall glass, stir in the parsley and decorate with a lime wedge, if liked.
