Tomato-Onion Quiche

It is very simple, cheap and tastes godlike. Highly recommended! The thyme adds superb flavor to it!

Ingredients
2 big onions
2 big tomatoes
2 teaspoons of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of shredded seasalt
2,5dl of (whole)wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
260ml of cold water
1 teaspoon of sugar
A little bit of vegetable oil
Some shredded black pepper
Tomato paste or ketchup
Fresh basil or parsley

Method
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, thyme, seasalt, baking powder and sugar) carefully. Add cold water and mix it all again. Grease the baking pan with oil and pour the dough in it. Add tomato paste or ketchup to it and smudge it with the spoon until balanced. Put it in the preheated oven for prebaking for about 10 minutes at 180C. In the mean time, chop the onions and fry them until golden brown. Take out the prebaked dough from the oven and sprinkle some more thyme on it. Then add the fried onions and raw tomato slices (rounds) like shown on the picture. Sprinke some salt and pepper on the top of it and then put it all back to the oven. Bake it until the dough is firm. Enjoy!:)

What does 'dl' mean, as in 2,5 dl whole wheat flour?
