For filling: add all ingredients in a blender,then pulse a few time. Taste and season with sea salt and freshly ground white pepper.
With a tsp put in center of pasta, chickens filling and make tortellini.
Start to boil a few carrots in chicken stock and add for the last 2 minutes, tortellini.
Serve with parsley leaf, finely chopped.
