Traditional Butter Cake

FLUFFY, NOT TOO SWEET AND SOFT WHILE WARM

Ingredients
(A)
7 egg white
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of cream of tartar

(B)
250g chilled and cubed butter
180g castor sugar

(C)
7 egg yorks

(D)
235g self raising flour

Method
whisk (A) till fluffy and soft peak, keep in freezer

mix (B) till cream and fluffy, then added (C) one by one, then fold in (A) into this egg york mixture, added (D) in two batch, do not over mix.

150-160 degree celcius for an hour in 7\" square baking tin (with parment paper)
