Ingredients
Tagliatelle, or any long pasta of your choice
Canned tuna in sunflower oil
Tomato frito
Method
Cook the pasta al dente, with a pinch of salt and some olive oil. Once cooked, add enough tomato frito to cover the pasta and create a silky sauce. Add the tuna (as much as you like). Voila! The tomato frito creates a much more desirable flavour than, say, tinned tomatoes.
