Tunafish & Broccoli empanadillas (patties)

So, I was supposed to do the empanadillas 2 days ago but I didn’t for one of those reasons you find in a “live” kitchen. I always try to be flexible in order to make the most of my groceries. Any way, I did the empanadillas with inspiration of the broccoli gratin I had in my menu.

Ingredients
600 gr• of Broccoli
1 onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
75 gr• of tuna fish in olive oil
Empanadillas tortillas (patties)

Method
Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water for 5 min. Chop the onion and the bell pepper quite finely. Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and the broccoli with some olive oil for 10 min. Put it in a mixer and mix only for a few seconds. Add the tuna fish and stir until it is all well mixed.

Fill the empanadilla tortillas one by one. Put them on a non grease paper in a pan and brush them with water. Pop them into the oven and bake for 20 min. on 180 ºC. Save on a oven rack for 5 min. before serving.
