Ingredients
Turkey breast, cubed (or Quorn pieces)
Small red onion, chopped
Can coconut milk
Large tbspn crunchy peanut butter
Soy sauce
small chilli, chopped
garlic, chopped
squeeze of lime juice
olive oil
Method
Heat the olive oil and soften the red onion
Fry the turkey pieces
add garlic, chilli, coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce and lime juice
heat until sauce thickens and turkey cooked
serve with egg noodles. yum.
