for a good result you must to buy the best cracks you find and you like...for kids don\'t use cayenne pepper and he love you for dish... PS. my kids love that and he want double portion each time...
Ingredients
4 turkey breast sliced
fresh thyme and oregano
parmesan cheese
cayenne pepper
a few cracker, salty biscuits
1 egg
1 cup flour
sea salt and white pepper
olive oil
400g potatoes
1 tbsp best butter you have
1 cup hot milk
Method
Boiled potatoes in hot water with sea salt. Make mushed potatoes and add butter and then hot milk ( my kids prefer this ).
Sliced turkey breast, season with sea salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper,fresh thyme and oregano. All the sliced turkey breast add in flour, then egg and in parmesan mixed with cracker. To broken crack i use mojar.
Heat a pan with olive oil ( use enough amount of oil to cover the meat ) and then let to fried the meat until is brown.
Serve with some fresh oregano and sprinkle extra virgin olive oil.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know what a crack is! Kinda guessing it's crackers in place of breadcrumbs. Don't think anyone has checked/edited the method...it's rather random!
