Turkish Simit Bread

Turkish simit bread is a famous fast food in Turkey.
White bread flour, 3.5 cups
Water, 400 ml
Yeast, 2 teaspoons
Honey, about 1 foodspoon
Sesame seeds, about 1 cup
Olive oil, about 2 foodspons
Mix water,yeast,olive oil and flour in bowl. Knead well. Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place until dough has doubled size.
Now, take two little bowls, one to water and one for the seeds.
Mix the honey with a cup of water. Make rings and dip the rings in honeywater and then in sesame seeds. Bake the bread in 200 celsius (gas 6).
