Ukrainian Blackberry and Gooseberry Tart

It´s a very tasty but also very rich tart - you could use any fuit for this, which has a little sourish flavour (otherwise simply reduce the amount of icing sugar).
300g plain wheat flour
100g sour cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
500-750g blackberries and gooseberries
100g icing sugar
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
To make the pastry, quickly knead all the ingredients (aside from the berries) and immediately line your (greased) tart tin. Put the fruits on the pastry. Sift the icing sugar on top. Pop into the oven and bake for about 40-45 min.
