  • Water 1 liter (approximately 250ml per 100grams of rice)
  • 400g of Chicken
  • 1 natural tomato peeled and chopped
  • 150g of Green beans
  • 4 little branches of rosemary
  • 1/2 peppers diced in small pieces
  • Salt to taste

A - Prepare the chichen and the rabbit for cutting, and cut in small peices
B - Cut all the vegetables in small dice and grate the row tomatos.
I- Put the olive oil in the paella pan over a fire on a level surface, and heat
II - Fry the chicken in the pan for several minutes: the meat has to be fully cooked and browned on the outside. ad some salt to the meat
III - When the meat is cooked, add the vegetables, stirring a couple of times.
IV - Add the tomato peeled and chopped, the sachet of paella seasoning, mix everything together and stir for about two minutes, please be aware to do not burn the paella seasoning
V - Fill the pan with the water
VI - You have to boil everything over a hot fire for 20 minutes, its really important that you taste how salty is the water
VII - After 20 minutes the paella will be finish for the final touch. Add the rice and stir it with a spoon through the whole paella. If it necessary, add water, please make sure than ones you settle the rice, do not touch again, because if you move a lot you will broken the grain and all the dish will be a pastry.
VIII - The rice will be cook between 18 and 20 minutes with a medium fire, regulate the water and fire as necessary.

Paella Valenciana, is one of this plates really typical from Spain, particulary from the mediterranean coast, varing from Chiken and rabbit, mix paella (Fish and meat), Vegetarian paella.
