Valentine's Chocolate Cake with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Embrace your sweet side and say I love you with a deliciously gooey chocolate cake that is guaranteed to make your partner’s heart melt.
This recipe, provided by the The Interprofessional Olive Oil from Spain, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and the European Commission is filled with Europe’s liquid gold – extra virgin olive oil, to create a lusciously moist sponge.
Even better – it only takes 5 minutes to make. So why not try this quick and simple recipe that is sure to get you out of the kitchen quickly and spending quality time with your loved one.
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp chocolate powder
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
˝ tsp yeast
A few drops of cinnamon or vanilla•
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then grease a cake tin with a little butter and pour the cake mix in it
2. Put the cake tin in the oven at full power (800-1000 watts) and leave it to bake for 3 minutes
Make this cake even more delicious by adding raisins or nuts to the original ingredients
Accompany the dessert with a chocolate sauce, a raspberry jam or whipped cream
