Vanilla Princess Cupcakes

Lovely cupcakes to make a special someone. Use fruit roll up and cut to make it look like a crown. For icing just add some red food coloring to the white icing and use pipping tip #22

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, room temp
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs, room temp
1/2 cup milk

Method
Preheat oven to 350

In a bowl sift together flour, salt & baking powder. Reserve

In another bowl, combine butter and sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy and fluffy.

At a low speed, alternate between adding thedry ingredients and the milk.
Place in muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes. Decorate accordingly.

i like the fruit roll-up crown idea - you might want to mention when to add the eggs in your method.
