2. In a small saucepan, combine the agar powder and water, mixing well. Allow the mixture to boil then reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
3. Remove from the heat then pour the mixture into a large blender.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend at high speed till the mixture is completely smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into your container, allow to cool then cover and place in the fridge overnight.
