I made this recipe for a vegetarian magazine this month and everyone loved the result, try it. It`s delicious and diet.
100 ml soy yogurt
100 g muscovado sugar
2 tbs molasses
50 ml sunflower oil
100 g self raising flour
15 g cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 g chocolate drops
100 g walnuts
In a mixing bowl beat the yogurt, sugar and oil. Sift the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Mix everything.
Place the chocolate drops in a bowl and melt them over a saucepan of hot water. Add this mixture to the mix and beat with a spoon. Stir the walnuts.
Spoon the mixture into a prepared baking tin. Bake the cake for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
When cold cut into squares and decorate with walnuts, if its a special occasion ice with some icing sugar and cocoa powder.
