  • 500 manioc farina
  • 1 eggplant
  • 5 small potatoes
  • 350 grs peanuts
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tbs sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp dried chillies
  • 100 grs olives ( sliced)
  • 1tsp cummin seeds
  • 3 tsp salt
Fry the chopped cabbage and reserve.
Cut the eggplant and potatoes in cubes and roast with 2 tbs oil.
Toast the peanuts for about 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Fry the spicies and add the farina with the rest of the oil, add all the other ingredients and serve hot with beans rice and other savories.

This recipe is very famous in Brazil, this is a vegetable one, for the ones who are vegetarian or like to have a lighter dish.


Method
