Ingredients
300 ml Water
300 ml Red Wine
1 unit(s) Cinnamon Stick(s)
6 unit(s) Colves
60 gr Sugar
6 unit(s) Volpine Pears
1 piece(s) Lemon Peel
Method
Pell the pears and put it in a pan with wine, water, cinnamon, sugar, cloves and the lemon peel. Cook for 1 h. more or less. When are ready serve it with wine sauce. Conserve the wine sauce because you can drink it too.
