500g of loins of whitefish (without bones and skin)
500g of leaves of spinach
500g of kernels of shrimp
Package of shrimp soup
A package of cream
Bake the leaves of spinach in water and salt for 10 minutes. Drain the spinach very well
Put the leaves of spinach in the bottom of a pirex
On top of the leaves of spinach put the raw loins of whitefish. Mix the package of shrimp soup with the package of cream until it becomes creamy. Join the kernels of shrimp. If you want, you can mash the kernels of shrimp.
Throw on top of the whitefish, the sauce of Kernels of shrimp.
Take into the oven for 40 minutes.
Accompany with baked potatoes.
