Whole wheat bread

Ingredients
Step 1
10g instant yeast
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup warm water


Step 2
2 cups all-puspose flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup golden linseed
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp salt
50 g skinless hazelnut, toasted and chopped
1 cup corn oil
2 cups boiling water

Method
Step 1
Combine the instant yeast, flour and brown sugar. Pour the water carefully and using a fouet, stir it. Cover the bowl and let the mixture rise for about an hour.

Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/ 180ºC. In a different bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, 3 cups whole wheat flour, golden linseed, oatmeal, salt and hazelnut. Add the oil and stir. Pour the boiling water and add the mixture from step 1. Stir it. Add the reamaining whole wheat flour. Knead the dough for a few minutes and cut it in half. Shape each part as you want and place them on a lined pan. Bake until they turn golden brown.

I just love it! made 2 loaves! and they were lovely, tasty and I used olivel oil instead of corn oil, was yummy though! I reduced the amount of flour (2 cups less) . I am in Mexico maybe that is the reason! The flavour was really nice and tasty.
