this is really amazing tiramisu with wild fruits, plums or apricot...
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
500 g mascarpone
2 cup whip cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
100 ml Limoncello
zest and juice from 1 lemon
wild fruits, apricot, plum
Preheat oven at 180\'C.
Make biscuits: whisk egg whites. When is strong add sugar, then continuous to whisk, add plain flour and 2 tsp vanila extract and whisk. Put on baking tray and add on oven for aboute 40 minutes. When is finish let to cold and then grease with syrup from sugar, water,50ml limoncello, 1/2 zest and juice lemon then cut in little cube.
Mixed egg yolks with 50 ml Limoncelo and then continuous to mixed on \"bain marie\" til is cream. Let a few moment to cold then add mascarpone cheese, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 lemon zest and 2 cup whip cream.
In a big glass place baked biscuit, cover with mascarpone cream then wild fruits, plum or apricot repet and let in fridge 1 hour. Serve with whip cream.
You can make 3 glass with different fruits.
