A unique hot dessert for the cold winter after dinner :)
Heat pan with a little butter then add muscovado sugar. Let it melt then add the shiraz wine. Boil and allow it to thicken then add the strawberries. Boil again for a few minutes and allow strawberries to soften then add some cinnamon powder. Place it in a small bowl with the strawberries and the syrup. Serve hot and whip it with some French cream and top it with a piece of Lindt chocolate thins, then it's ready for a cold winter dessert!
