The beef and the chantarelles only need five to seven minutes.........
Sprinkle olive oil, sea salt and peppar over them and put them into the oven on a high temp to grill them ca 225 to 250°C for 2 to 30 min but you need to chev

Put wine a casserolle ca 2 cups and add a 1/4 cup of soy together with salt and peppear and reduce it to half the amount add a cup of water and ca 3 cups of creme fraiche. ( You might want to add more water or soy according to taste........) Boil it upp stiring it and then keep warm on low temp
I always make a lot of this sauce since it is as good for at least 2 to 3 days if you keep it under lid in the fridge.
Fry the chantarelles in butter on a high temp and the same with the beef
