The blackberries were in my freezer, the last few I had left from last Summer.
Sprinkle over 2 tbls apple juice, and a little sugar.
Mix all the crumble topping ingredients in a bowl, add the butter & rub in with your fingertips... you want a slightly wet sand type texture.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla icecream.
The orange zest made all the difference...
