apple pie

Ingredients
- around 125g white or brown sugar powder

- 50g butter

- 150g flour

- 3 small eggs

- cinamon

- 4 big apples

- few spoons milk or water

- vanilla sugar

Method
Put together butter and sugar and mix well, then throw in egg\'s yolks, flour and a bit of salt. Take the mass out from the bowl and shape it in to a big loaf. Wrap it in to alu foil and leave it for few hours in fridge. At that time peel and scrub the apples and put a bit of sugar on them that they won\'t become brown. Take loaf out of fridge, place it on a model and spread apples all over the mass. Put a little bit sugar or honey on the top and a bit of cinamon for nice fragrance. Bake it half an hour at 180°C.
