This recipe was uploaded by lerlie
and, before pouring the chocolate into the tart,
just put a good quality dulce de leche (sweet caramel or caramel) into the tarte's floor.
then fill the cooked tart with chocolate as explained in jamie's recipe.
note: in order that all the ingredients fit into the tart, I had
to decrease the quantity of the chocolate mix so that when added on
top of the "dulce de leche" it won't spill over.
refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
