When the squid is empty it looks like an empty bag...so in this bag we gonna put all of the above ingredients.First of all put salt and pepper,caring to salt all the inner flesh of the squid.The next step you have to do is to
fill it with cheese(prefer a salty one) tomatoes (tiny,cut them in 2 pieces,prawns(you have to remove their outer case and of course dont forget to remove their sandy intestine).
Next add salt ,pepper and thyme and close the squid with a toothpick(pierce it in 2 points caring to catch both the 2 "lips" of the squid).
Wrap it in a special paper(for oven use) and add 2 table spoons of olive oil.
Cook it in a preheated oven for 35 minutes(200c ).
A white dry wine is a must wine, to drink with this dish.
PS. you can cook the squid also in a BBQ. The taste will be better than this one baked in oven....
