  • all the fish you like, or you have just fished
  • coarsely chopped onion
  • bay leaves
  • salt, pepper, olive oil, white vinegar, white wine
let the onion become soft in olive oil, then take it away, put the fish cut into large pieces into the hot oil, add a glass of vinegar and let evaporate, savor with salt and pepper , plus bay leaves add white wine and let go covered for half an hour or so this is the way fishers cooked fish in the huts around the laguna when they were away and there were not yet motorboats ............... a mezzogiorno they ate this we had it for cena di capodanno:wave::D

Method
