breakfast sweet bread

Starting from eggs and sugar I went on adding all above ingredients until I had a wonderful mass of dough to knead, which I made as long as I found it amusing, then added the fruits in little pieces I let soak in rhum

Ingredients
oo flour
manitoba flour
sourdough
milk
butter
salt
grated ginger
dry apricots and plums
sultanas
2 whole eggs
vanilla sugar
sugar
rhum

Method
I never know how big the loaf will be when I start from very simple things I want to add as variante to my sweet bread.
This time I wanted it a little colored, so I used dry apricots, I wantd it more tasty and used ginger, I wanted it soft and add butter, I wanted it cheerful and let the fruits become wet in rhum, I wanted it to rise and added as much manitoba as I could thinking it should anyway not be wider than my oven tray.

I let it rise all night and after giving it a shape waited till lunch time to bake it.
After tasting it I can say this version can be done again to be eaten for breakfast or after supper dipped in a little vino rosso .......... cabernet maybe
