sunday supper spaghetti for two, with almost nothing but beautiful to look at and............ and light
Ingredients
sliced leek
pale green zucchina
zucchina flower
thyme
marjoram
spaghetti
ev olive oil
chili
Method
I finely sliced a white piece of leek, let it go in ev olive oil on low fire, meanwhile I grated a fresh pale green zucchina and added a tiny bit of chili, at the very end short before tossing in the cooked spaghetti al dente I thought a zucchini flower would light the green sauce with its brilliant yellow.
they tasted also good
p.s. the same mix can be the base of a risotto, without peperoncino and the flowers at the very end
