Wash well the bananas and cut them with shells and all, into pieces and boil in water with a pinch of salt.

When they are cooked to a point half, peel and mash until you get a dough. Put in refrigerator until completely cold.

Boil 2 cups of milk with cinnamon, lemon peel and salt. In the remaining milk and cornstarch dissolve this add the hot milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened, then add vanilla.

Then take small portions of the dough, taking into account the size you wish to give to each pie. Extend and place a small amount (according to size) of blancmange. Fold into the shape of pie and fry in oil.

This sounds amazing, but I'm a little confused with the instructions. <br /> <br /> "Boil 2 cups of milk with cinnamon, lemon peel and salt. In the remaining milk and cornstarch dissolve this add the hot milk and sugar"<br /> <br /> What am I dissolving? am I just adding the remaining milk and cornstarch to the hot liquid?<br /> <br /> Will this thicken? <br /> <br /> Thanks!
