let the shrimps boil very shortly in salted water, putting 2 at a time in the pan and picking them out when they float. Set aside. add pressed and chopped garlic,chopped parsley and a little salt and olive oil.
(after boiling them cut all the seam around to allow people open them without too much effort and stains all around when at table.)
