Ingredients
00 flour
3 eggs
6 tbsp olive oil
9 tbsp sugar
pinch salt
1 1/5 glass white wine
same of milk
1 lemon grated rind
1/2 lemon juice
glug rhum
vannillina
1 1/2 instant yeast satchel
peanuts oil to fry
Method
spread some flour on the bottom of a large bowl, add yolks, oil, sugar, salt, wine, milkm lemon rind and juice, rhum and vanilla
at this point add as much flour as needed , together with the yeast, to obtain a dense stuff, so as not to make drops when you take a teaspoon of it out of the bowl
add the eggs\' whites beaten until firm
deep fry in peanuts oil
after letting them rest on kitchen paper, toss them in a bowl with a little granulated sugar, adding fresh sugar now and then when needed, because otherwise wet sugar does not stick
