at this point add as much flour as needed , together with the yeast, to obtain a dense stuff, so as not to make drops when you take a teaspoon of it out of the bowl
add the eggs' whites beaten until firm
deep fry in peanuts oil
after letting them rest on kitchen paper, toss them in a bowl with a little granulated sugar, adding fresh sugar now and then when needed, because otherwise wet sugar does not stick
