this makes a quiche for a 7 1/2\" flan tin
Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Method
Slice mushrooms and cook in garlic butter in a saucepan, when cooked pop into a mixing bowl.Cut the bacon into small strips, dice the onion and cook both in the same pan using any left over garlic butter, if not enough, add more to the pan, when the onions and bacon are ready pop into the mixing bowl with the mushrooms. Add a dash of worcester sauce, salt and pepper, garlic powder and dried mixed herbs, as well as the cheese, single cream and three beaten eggs to the bacon, mushrooms and onion mix, stir all the ingredients together well.
Use the pastry to line the flan tin, trim the edges and pop in the oven (around 180 degrees) for around 10 minutes, after ten minutes take out the oven and put filling into the pastry base, pop back into the oven for around 25 minutes or until golden brown.
