Ingredients
2 sliced chicken breast fillets
finely chopped bacon pieces
garlic clove
artichoke hearts from a jar
(olives)
olive oil
Method
thinly slice the chicken breast
peel the garlic clove
heat some olive oil the pan and add the whole garlic piece
add the chicken strips
when it's starting to colour, add the bacon pieces
add some salt to taste
after two-three minutes , drain the artichokes, cut into smaller pieces if neccessary and add to the pan
if you like it salty, add some olives ( I slice them, 4-5 olives is enough)
today I was too lazy to make a starch so I just served it with salad on the side.....
You can substitute the artichokes for any other ready veggie in a jar or fresh ones, like mushrooms, or courgette strips, ecc but I think the artichokes make it sort of fancy. :) :)
