chicken breasts with lemon and thyme sauce

Ingredients
2 serves
2 chicken breasts
1 lemon(the juice)
1/4 cup olive oil
thyme
sea salt
pepper
1/2 glass white dry wine

Method
Flatten the chicken breasts, and seasoned(salt and pepper) them.
You can marinade them, with olive oil for a couple of hours.
Put the fillets in a pan and add the lemon juice. Cook them in a slow fire from both sides, for 6 - 8 minutes and add some water, and the thyme. Let the breasts be cooked for 15 minutes, and then serve them with some ruccola and goat cheese...

If I wanted to add cream to this recipe at what stay would I do this and at what heat i.e. simmer or bring to boil etc? Thank you

sorry for the failure...you can add the wine after the 6-8 minutes of cooking,before the water...
