Ingredients
2 serves
2 chicken breasts
1 lemon(the juice)
1/4 cup olive oil
thyme
sea salt
pepper
1/2 glass white dry wine
Method
Flatten the chicken breasts, and seasoned(salt and pepper) them.
You can marinade them, with olive oil for a couple of hours.
Put the fillets in a pan and add the lemon juice. Cook them in a slow fire from both sides, for 6 - 8 minutes and add some water, and the thyme. Let the breasts be cooked for 15 minutes, and then serve them with some ruccola and goat cheese...

How much dry thyme do you suggest?
If I wanted to add cream to this recipe at what stay would I do this and at what heat i.e. simmer or bring to boil etc? Thank you
@basil
sorry for the failure...you can add the wine after the 6-8 minutes of cooking,before the water...
When is the white wine added?
