PEVITHADA SIFNOU
Ingredients
Half a kilo of Chickpeas
2 onios
water
salt
1 glass olive oil
Method
- Soak the chickpeas for some hours
- Put them in a pot ( there are specially made pots for this food on my island Sifnos)
-Chop the onios and add the rest of the ingredients
Put it in the oven 150 degrees C for about ten hours
