sweet potatoes 2
extra virgin olive oil
light your oven at 7
wash your sweet potatoes and wrap them in aluminium paper
put them directly on your oven shelf
wait an hour and a half, maybe lower the oven to 5 in the middle and tune it up at the end.
to serve: cut them in gross slices, put butter and serve them while the butter is still half fresh half melted for a sexiest IMAGE. pour a nice salt and fresh pepper and a goog extra virgin olive oil. Is a great sider for meat also.
