150 ml (5 fl oz) double cream
25 ml (1 fl oz)egg white
25 g (1 oz) caster or vanilla sugar
preparation time:10 minutes
1.Put the cream in a mixing bowl, add the egg white and whisk until the cream begins to hold its shape on the whisk.
2.Add the sugar.Whisk until teh cream is smooth and holds its shape.
